These are Dalmadorm, a German Flurazepam brand. They are 30 mg; AFAIK we don't have 15 mg pills here. They aren't plain but are somehow UFO-shaped.
Flurazepam is one of the BD with the longest half life (on the market) and a real good sleeping pill. It's the only BD I know that gives you the typical zopiclone after taste next morning (bitter and stays for hours).
