In Germany there are only two brands and no genereics of Clonazepam: Roche "Rivotril ®" (which is equal to "Klonopin ®") and Desitin "Antelepsin ®". Both are available as 0.5 mg and 2.0 mg strength. Like in the UK, in Germany clonazepam might not be prescribed as a tranquilizer or anxiolytic.   It is licensed for treating epilepsy and other seizure disorders.

This picture shows two pills branded "Mogadon" by German manufacturer Valeant.  I was surprised that i did not get this brand manufactured by Roche in the pharmacy. Maybe Roche has sold the license of that brand name in Germany. Too bad that i don't have the package anymore, so i can't post the pic of it or of the blister (the blister by the way doesn't show the dosage, so without the package one won't know if these are 5 or 10 mg).

This is another Alprazolam generic made by the german manufacturer "Aliud". I saw an "online pharmacy" selling them for 159.- US$. They are 19.- € (24 $) in a german "real" pharmacy...

Note: Chemik submitted another image of alprazolam 1 mg made by Ratiopharm, Germany. Both the Aliud and Ratiopharm alprazolam carry the same imprint of APZM 1 and are identical in shape and color.
