Refer to the last image I just uploaded from Indiana of a norco prescription- now this one is Lyrica. It is also controlled- look at the bottom right corner where the schedule is listed: C-V. also, note the void date.

this is the prescription I just received. I am in Indiana- where we have computer-generated scripts. Notice the void date? Sorry it's so big, I had to crop it to take out the personal info. Also, notice the schedule on the bottom right corner?
