Hello all,

Has anyone seen a tablet like this? It looks like it has an inprint of a shield with the letters CB. If so, what is the active ingredient? Who is the manufacturer?

See attached photo.

I have looked on all the identifier web sites with no luck.

This pill is about the size of a dime . White round flat on both sides with a slight bevel to the edges.

Scored on one side. What appears to be an R with a square that has rounded corners around it on the other side. The story is it was

purchased in Mexico as a Tylenol. I want to believe this but am doubtful. Any help would be great full.
