Got muscle relaxant, diazepam 5mg refilled yesterday.
It says shape, size, etc, but is the same thing.
"Zenith" yelow tablets with a 5 on one side - other side is scored with "Z" above the score and 3926 below the score.

Hi Goat,
That's exactly what they look like.
I only take two meds: a pain tablet and this Rx for a muscle relaxant so this was a concern.
I hate to toss something into my tummy if I'm unsure of what it is. The pharmacy gave me the standard reply "it's the same exact thing as the name brand."
Looks like you already got the help you needed so I'll just say "Howdy Pardner" 'n go amblin' off into the sunset . . .Q
my pain management dr gives me valuim at times...walgreens had the one in the pic..it had been in my pocket pill box for a few days..they were not crisp like a v-cut...but they do the trick.
Thanks for the intel Goat. You've been very helpful as always.
Hi Q! told you I'd be back.
"Hellos" to everyone and wishing you all the best with your pain solutions!
