Ok so I was taking suboxone(8mg 1/2 tab per day) for pain MGMT for about 2 months and then I decided I wanted to get on something that was not going to throw me into withdrawel when I stopped using them. So what I did was I changed doctors and I failed to tell the new doc about being on suboxone up until about 7 days ago. . So the new doc prescribes me hydrocodone 10 mg and I take 2 when I get home. Everything is good for 6 hours then I start going into some really extreme sickness for some reason. I guess I went threw some type of withdrawel that correlates between the 2 drugs I was taking.I just do not understand because I read on the net that suboxone leaves the system in 2 - 3 days. I know right now that I should have told my new doc the past meds I had been taking.Thank god the nauseau and light headed ness only lasted 8 hours and is now gone. Any info on these 2 drugs and the interactions they have when taken close together/together is appreciated .
