I am on pain management but it seems the meds never last a month the doctors are afraid to persribe the proper amounts so using suboxone at the end of month is only alternitive. Question is hoxone.w loong after last opiod use should one wait before taking subo
Well if you are me, they just tell me to grab my ankles and bite down on this pillow. I am wondering the same question because my doctor doesnt seem to care I just started working for the first time in 15 months since my accident and my job requires alot of standing and moving around.
Has insurance , why won t he ask for suboxone in the 1st place, if he s resorting to it because he running out of reg, opiates early where is he getting his suboxone from.
one is to only assume that the suboxone, is self medicated, as if his PM Dr. knew his hydrocodone would be dropped,
the only thing the OP can do is ask the PM Dr. to either place him on extended release or suboxone an go from there
WOODSTOCK, No Dr. just a hillbilly
Woodstock, what do you mean "the OP"? also the post never mentioned hydrocodone. Did I miss a post that was removed?
Goat, why did you have to post that?
woodie probably just assumed hydrocodone since its one of the most common...I saw this thread early on and I don't think anything was remvoed...
And I sometimes see that goat will post things for others when the person posts a question in the middle of another thread...most often they are asking for a pill ID in the midst of another thread seeking ID for a different pill...
OP means original poster....nothing has been "removed" from this topic...
i posted it here because it was posted in with the images and it did not belong there.
HOXONE was a phonic for hydrocodone if its a different RX then educate me

I have found that by talking to my dr. about my problems and even telling them that i need more and run out due to taking a little more. now you have to make it seem as though you are not a junkie pants but really in pain. for me it's never been a lie as i am avoiding a 5 level fusion starting at S-1 to L-1. honesty is the best policy as you need pain relief not to get high....right.....lololol
Oh, ok, I get it. I thought you guys could just move it, thats why I asked, I didnt know you had to post it yourself. Thanks for the edge-a-macation.
Woodstock, hoxone does not stand for hydrocodone anywhere Ive ever seen. Looks like the mouse jumped in mid type now that I examine it a bit closer. "ho" completed the word "how", then "xone" with the period after it was meant to be at the end to complete suboxone.
his ? was
hoxone.wloong after last opiod use should one wait before taking subo
I interpret as
how long would one wait after last opiod use should one wait before taking suboxone
had to do a double take on that as well
OP does not tell his RX, MY original reply still remains regardless of his pain med

No one questioned what the post was about woodstock. The poster was obviously asking when to start suboxone. My reponses came from trying to find out if I had missed something, and finding out what OP was. I thought I would share the "how.....suboxone" bit because I had asked about where you got hydrocodone from as you thought hoxone was hydro and asked for education. Case closed. Nothing else to look at. Your response was a good one Woodstock, no need to qualify it.

It depends on the drug...looks like the average is 24 hours but it could be as little as 12 or as much as 36...
here is the chart I found
Another rule of thumb I've heard is that you should wait until you are experiencing mild-moderate withdrawls...ofcourse asking your doctor is the best solution. You may also be able to call your local poison control phone number and they sometimes can help with questions like that.
