I was wondering how long the pain relief effects of 7.5/325 Oxycodone are suppose to last on average.

would agree with Deanna...
would agree with Deanna... that happens to be one that I take and for my it works well for about 3 to 4 hrs.

I've started a dosing
I've started a dosing schedule of:
I) 7.5/325mg percocet, 350mg soma, 20mg oxycontin, some amount of naproxen or ibuprofen
II) 2x 7.5/325mg percocet, 350mg soma, some amount of naproxen or ibuprofen
III) 7.5/325mg percocet, 350mg soma, 20mg oxycontin
Personally, the percocet comes and goes pretty quickly, which is why I dose as I do. The oxycontin helps, as does the soma. Anyway, the percocet usually peaks around an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, and levels off to no discernable effect about by 2.5 to maybe three hours.

some people report them lasting 3-4 hours like any other ol IR OXY out there. Maybee someone here knows the exact number. Remeber everyones body chemestry is diffrent, so what one person may feel is 3-4 hours, another might feel it all day?!? Hope I was some help. :)
