Hello Turkyman I think you mean Kadian,which is an extended release type morphine that is potent, be careful if your taking this without doctors advice dosage is usually one capsule per 12 hours, and dont chew it or break it down, do swallow whole. I am by no means a medical doctor and can not give legal medical advice, this is just my opinion. Hope this helps
