does anybody know of any place online to get 40mg methdone. I use to get 10mg loratabs 5 years ago. But this is alot different. Please help. I will run out of mine on the 21st. and my pharmacy is already out of their available stock. I live in Kentucky if that helps.Any info will be greatly appreciated. This is my only hope of a future life.

you could try costco,
you could try costco, walgreens, or cvs's online ordering services however i am not exactly sure what their rules are regarding C2's.
if you are asking for an illegal pill shipping company then i have no idea.

Just a month or so ago there
Just a month or so ago there was a page of Methadone and when it comes down to I would be very surprised to find an online pharmacy that does not require a script. I am sure there are a few but certainly no in this country but if there is it would almost have to be a scam (IMO)I would have to think that you and your doctor will have to have an honest face to face meeting and hopefully work things out. Though I take another type narcotic there are a few in this room that are on Methadone and Dr. Lois also prescribes methadone and praises it pain relief iiWISH YOU LUCK

40mgs online
Thanks for your reply. I do have a script, But would be "extremely" worried about sending it to an unknown source that nobody has used before. Mine run out in 10 days and word is the 40mgs are no longer available. My pharmacist seems to think perhaps he can still order the methadone since it was supposedly just the methadose that was taken off the market. I am holding on to that idea as a way of keeping my sanity for a few more days. Alls i can do now is pray. And keep looking for some place else to get them. I live in Kentucky, is it every place in the U.S. that has gone dry or just a few states? Thank you all so much for this site. I had no idea there were other people who have to live the nightmare of constant pain. And even worse, the horror of trying to get a doctor to presribe enough to help. It never fails, once i find a med and dose that helps then actually get the doctor to write for it, somehow it doesn't last long. Are they afraid of helping people or what? Thanks again for your replies.

Just last month I had one of my pain releivers filled at Walgreen's I take Oxycodone 30 mg. They only had about 40 of them in stock and they told me I would have to either come back in 2 days or they would subsitute the 30mg's to the 15 mg and just double them up. That was fine with me,actually I liked that better for there were some times where I took only the one 15mg tab. There may be a pharmacy that is willing to do it that way but I have been going to that same pharmacy for many years. I wish you luck

divide meds in smaller doses
i wonder if i could have that done with my 40's? But i get 90 of them so they would have to give me 360 of the 10"s. I just don't feel they work as good. I'm still trying to find out if the pharmacy can still get 40mg methadone instead of the dose. He seems to think so but we wont know until this tuesday when their delivery truck gets here. Why didn't the doctors know about any of this stop marketing the 40mg wafers? Somebody should have given us a heads up long before the day of doom arrived.

Methadone 40 mg
I take methadone and i am on 40 mg, i take 4-10's everyday and they work just as good as the 40mg wafers. You are lucky to get a doctor to prescribe them to you. I have to go to a clinic everyday

40mg to 10 mg
After taking 40mg Methadone for 4years I had to change over Friday to 360 of the 10mg. My pharmacy (Fred Meyers) told me even if they had the 40mg. it would be illegal to dispense them. As far as any difference I have not noticed any so far. I take 40mg. every 8hrs with 15mg. oxycodone for BT pain.

Methadone 40mg online....
Normally a pharmacy will have a new shipment overnighted when they run out of stock of whatever pills someone needs. Cut down a little and in a day you will get your script for 40's filled.
Personally I think the 10mg Methadone work much better and your doc. can prescribe them to you and the pharmacy is almost always never out of stock of 10mg's, and if they are then another pharmacy close by will have them.
It's really not safe to get pills online and I think it's illegal to get them anyway. Online doctors aren't safe either and they cost a fortune. You can always Google it and see for yourself.

Catwalker you might still want to make sure your pharmacy will have an adequate amount of the 10mg tablets to fill your script with. Its not just Methadose that is restricted it is all 40mg Methadone Dispersable Tablets, which would include the approved generic 40mg Tablets made by Roxane and Sandoz.

YIKES !!!! You just killed all my hopes for a future.
lol Yeah i am starting to see that it probably is both kinds. Our pharmacies here say and are dispensing until they run out of their stock. I am trying to get them to hold back 90 for me, but i believe its first come first served. MY guy even told me there is only 2 of us that get the wafers from him. But that was before the 1st of the year. I bet people will coming in by the dozens trying to get theirs. My friends doctor is already trying to cut her script in half because of this. I don't understand what the problem is since it is still the same dose she will take every day. I just am so worried that my doc might be of the same mind set. I can barely make it now with 120mgs a day. I still have severe pain. But every-time i think i might be able to live a half way normal life the pain gods take over and %?#$$ me again. I just don't have it in me to start all this over again. Finding a doctor then find the right med then the right dose. Man not again. It took almost 5 years to get to the place i am at now. 3 40mgs of methadose and 2 10mg percacet for bt pain. IT was 3 but she cut that down the day i first walked in her office. I can't sleep anymore from so much stress and the fear for my future.The day draws near, I guess i will find out soon what is going to happen. Thanks for being here, All of you. It is so comforting to finally have somebody who understands the life of a chronic pain sufferer.

Did you find a place to buy methadone?
There is another alternative ... you could simply go to a methadone clinic. Most every town has one within at a maximum 100mile radius. I actually have to drive 90 miles to mine, but I go once a week and get six doses of 120mg of methadone. I have to take 1 in the clinic while they watch me and you see a physician before you are prescribed. I have met MANY people at the clinics who don't go to them for drug rehab/withdrawl ... instead it is much cheaper than going to a pain management clinic. I pay $65 per week for the 7 120mg doses. When you think about it ... if you pay a physician and then purchase your meds ... it is really a bargin. The great thing is ... they NEVER run out. Good luck!

I have been taking the waffers for about 6 years now, my doctor gives me 120 tablets a month. Two months ago when I got mine filled the pharamist told me they would no longer be able to order the fortys anymore and read a letter to me from the DEA that plainly states,{as the pdr always has} that the waffers are for state approved methadone clinics. I live in MS and they just put a methadone clinic in Jackson last year so I figured it had to do with that. Anyway, my doc just gave me 480 of the 10 mg tablets, no problem. Good luck, mine doc did'nt have a problem with it.

Wow, all the Walgreen's in
Wow, all the Walgreen's in my area are TERRIBLE, I've tried about a dozen times over the years to fill there because I have a discount card that they take, and not once have they ever had my meds (240 Oxycodone 30mgs) plus I get looked at like a drug addict because I have a goatee thick gauge earrings and tattoos. They're more than welcome to call my doctor and he can tell them about all the injections, nerve blocks, physical therapy, and surgeries. They do the same thing to my wife who is on the same medicine, but she is, aside from being beautiful :), just a normal girl. Even my doc says he wouldn't send a dog to Walgreens hehe.

There is something that all of us can do about the 40 mg. recall!! Your all right! I, as-well, take 120 mg's of Methadone a day for my chronic pain and was livid when my pharmacist told me the 40 mg wafers were being recalled and only the 10's would be available. Also, it's not that the 40's work better than the 10's, it's just that the 40 mg wafers get into your system faster and more complete so you feel the relief more "all at once" rather than a litter slower w/ the 10 mg pills.
Anyway, when my doctors at my pain clinic found out about the recall, they told each one of their patients to right a brief letter to their "State Board of Pharmacology" stating your disagreement towards the action. My clinic even provided me with the address. Your voice WILL be heard if we all care enough to reverse this bogus recall. And to think you have it bad! I live in NH, and for a narcotic perscription, we are only allowed 100 pills or a 30 day supply, which ever comes first. So I need my script of 100 10 mg. tabs to be filled every 8 days and, yes, I have to pay a co-pay every single time!!

AnthonyC30 I take 140 mgs of methadone a day.7 10 mg tablets twice a day.I used to get the 40mg wafers,but now recieve the tablets and they seem to work just as fine.The only trouble I have is my pharmacy not always having the quantity.420 tablets for a months supply.The 40mg wafers were way more convienent though.
