Buying hydrocodone online?legal,safe?

I have seen websites offering a way to buy hydrocodone and other pills online from other countries. Is this legal or can you get into trouble doing this. if it is legal, is there a preferred site to purchase from?

if that's the case: Please disregard my previous question regarding 40mgs methadone online. 6 years ago i was getting 10mg hydrocodone like that. But things change so fast these days you never from one day to the next what is allowed. Thanks for the info

If you are receiving them
If you are receiving them in the US with a valid script from a licensed doctor and get them from a licensed pharmacy you are okay.
