I have some Dervocet V 5113 and I was wondering how it would compare to a 5 mg hydrocodone as far as pain relief. Like would 2 darvocet be comparable to 1 hydrocodone or what? I know darvocet is a narcotic analgesic, but how strong is it compared to hydrocodone?

In my opinion...
Darvocet are junk. They never helped with any pain I had and they would give me a headache and I'd just get tired. I'd opt for the hydrocodone (Vicodin) for actual pain relief, IMO.

I agree that the darvocet are "junk" but , only if you are in severe pain and are used to vicodin or percs. I know that the darvocet can be very useful to the people that have a low tolerence for pain meds

darvocets suck for real. they def dont take the pain away. i usually only take two vike 5s to relieve my chronic back pain and it works like wonders...but as far as those V 5113's.. uhhhh they suck. i took 3 today cuz i have a huge bottle of em, and it didnt even begin to take the pain in my back away! just givin my advice..
Your "Darvocet-N 100" is roughly equal to a "Vicodin" (5mg)
