It's a NASID like Ibuprphen but stronger, apples and oranges to Hydro. It can interact with APAP though as well as many other arthritis meds. It's usually used to treat Osteo and Rhuematoid Arthritis before moving on to stronger meds like DMARD's. Hope this helped.
