Has anyone ever mixed the two together ? Just wondering , because my friend has just brought it to my consern that she has mixed the two together , just wanna know if its a safe mix i know mixing any two meds together without asking a doctor is no safe , but its kinda to late for that any suggestions?

I was prescribed Hydrocodone 10/325 Norcos along with tramadol. The tramadol seemed to do nothing for my pain but then again my pain is worse than the average person. I no longer take tramadol, not because its not safe to mix with hydrocodone but because it didnt help with my pain. But just because it doesnt help with my pain doesnt mean it wont help your friend. tramadol is an opiod so it is still stronger than anything over the counter for pain relief.
