Ok, I have been taking 120 mg. Methadone for years now. When I went to my PM last week and mentioned that it wasn't working like it used to he increased me to 150 mg. a day...and took away my Oxycodone 30 mg. for BT pain... Maybe it's because I don't take the BT meds...but I have noticed that I am having some serious headaches.... the kind that you wish your head would fall off. and I'm having pain in my back, buttocks, and leg that I haven't had in years.... Any thoughts?
I am calling in the AM to see about getting my BT meds back...I didn't know how much they helped until they were gone.

You are probaly having withdrawal side effects, since you are no longer taking the Oxycodone. There are more than one type of opiod recepter in the brain, and oxycodone binds at different receptors than Methadone.
