the old question in school if a tree fell in a forest, an there was no one around would there be a sound, a new question for a poll would be
if a bottlefull of oxycontin was to spill out in a crowded pain clinic what kinda sound would there be
(1) scream of a worried patient
(2) thrills of joy from helpful patients
(3) a sound kinda like a pack of laughing hyenias
