Not much

Hi, I was Rx'd Opana 10mgER for a couple of months but I didnt like the drowsy side affect. Other than that It did ok at keeping my pain at bay for the full 12 hrs. Not much more to say..Good Luck--MUDEBONE--

The big advantage is that

The big advantage is that it really does last 12 hours and really is a sustained release product, and not a biphasic like oxycontin.  That's the Opana ER anyways.

Your doctor is correct. When

Your doctor is correct. When Oxycodone is metabolised in the body it turns into Oxymorphone and Noroxycodone. So theroetically if you have no problems with Oxycodone you shouldnt have them with Oxymorphone.
