anyway, no less than 3 days to be safe. other words, dont take them AT ALL for 3 days.

4 or 5 days to be safe. The half-life on those pills is very short. Be safe and pound lots of water.
Learn from your deleted posts. If your post keeps getting deleted, it probably violated the Rules and Regulations of the site.

As for your previous post removals, they were taken down because we answered your question and your subsequent questions went off on tangents. Also, make sure you watch your language. Even if you do not flat out use a curse word, allusions to a cuss word are just as bad.
