Not that I know of...

I'm unaware of any 15 mg hyrodocodone/acetaminophen medicines (vicodin)
with 15 mg of hydrocodone.  However, there are pills with just 15 mg of
oxycodone, but no acetaminophen.

There is no such thing as a 15mg Vicodin or any other Prescription medication containing Hydrocodone, i.e. Lortab, Lorcet, Norco, etc. All of the Prescription meds contain 10mg of Hydrocodone or less as well as a fair amount (80mg or more) or Acetaminophen or more in order to retain it's status as a CII drug. Any Hydrocodone medication containing no Acetaminophen at all or containing more than 10mg of Hydrocodone, even if mixed with Acetaminophen is considered a CII drug. I have heard of Vicodin pills containg 15mg or more of Hydorcodone (Although with this formulation it's not really considered Vicodin any more), but these medications have been created at a special lab by a process called custom compounding. Pretty hard to find, but yes it is possible. HTH. Any other questions, feel free to ask!
