I came here to offer any insight I could and to ask questions myself..., but sometimes we all come across the wrong way and sometimes I've tried to explain to much and people ask what do I do and apparently I give bad explanations so I thought I would provide a link to one of my governing bodies, which explains in good detail what I do...This is the AARC
