The pill has 5 sides and is marked APO 10.  It's yellow.  Funny little pill - shaped like a house.  Found it in a prescription bottle but it's not like the rest of the pills in the bottle.  I need to be more carefull and keep pills in the proper containers at all times.

Thanks everyone.

APO 10 Yellow Pill

I think your pill is APO-CYCLOBENZAPRINE - 10 mg cyclobenzaprine, a muscle relaxant.

Check out the image of cyclobenzaprine at Apotex, Canada:

APO-CYCLOBENZAPRINE

Hold your mouse over the blue ' APO 10' on the page, and you should be able to view the image.
