This is completely out of the blue and IS NOT an I.D. of your pill but...
I went to Brazil a few years back and got apparently Aleve/Dayquil(I guess their version) via OTC...I remeber the pills being dark blue triangles like those, don't remeber the imprint though
So I would speculate that it is a foreign product and possibly an OTC med.

I found reference to blue triangular biconvex tab measures 8mm with no score marked "W" only with contents unknown but does NOT contain a USA scheduled/controlled drug.

Ident-a-drug
Hi Ray,
Looks like you just got a subscription to Ident-a-Drug!
Good choice! It's a very good database for both consumers and professionals.
But that "W" blue triangle is not anything made in the United States (unless it's some obscure OTC supplement - doubtful).
So it won't be listed in the mainstream databases.

Indent-a-Drug
Well, i've had a subscription for years now, but I forgot that it didn't list any foreign drugs...well, except maybe canadian....so my bad...I love ident-a-drug...It has been so helpful over the years, as I've gotten quite a few errors from the pharmacy, and I never would have known if it hadn't been for that book/site. Also, I enjoy helping people and just like to provide, accurate and up to date posts....Thanks, Ray
