the pill i have has the exact same imprint as the one on this site. except mine looks about 95 percent white with a tinge of green. they describe it as light green, but it looks more white to me. any help? i found it when i was moving out and wanna know exactly what it is. please help;) -gio
The boxed M for Mallinckrodt & the 15 w/ a score on other side. They are very light green to the point that they almost look white. You have to really get a good close look at them, (color-wise) to see that they are what I call "mint" green. Sounds as if they are oxycodone IR 15 mg.
My opinion: very effective & less dizziness involved taking the 15mgs instead of the 30mg. And, the 15mg gives you the ability to control how much you take in relation to your pain than having a Rx for 30 mg (which are "mint" blue).
Now I don't know how green your pill is so I am not sure!
the only way i can really tell it has green in it is by holding is next to a white paper. just no where near as green as the image i posted. any more replys would b greatly appreciated -gio
At one point when I switched from 30s to 15s during a month when I couldn't find a pharmacy with the 30s I had the ones you are talking about. Holding the 15s next to the 30s it was difficult to even tell which was green and which was blue. You would really have to read the number to be sure...so yes it is barely green...
thank you- i asked my fried and he told me i was color blind and they are green. hmm looks white
I couldn't see the link all the way up there. I just d/l some stuff on my computer & I have to get use to it all over again. So it already says what Rx it is.
I asked my physician to allow me the flexibility of having the 15 mg Rx'ed as so if I needed extra help w/ pain or for less pain control I could pace it w/ the 15 mg. So, now I get the 15mg Oxycdone IR instead of the 30 mg. The 15 mg do not seem to make me dizzy like the 30 mg. Looks like I got more for the dollar as well. It was hard to break a 30 mg in 1/2 if u needed to.
Like Oneir said, it's hard to tell the 15 mg from the 30. The Mallincrodt look so much alike and they are the same size. When they are in the bottle you can see the tinge of color-green or blue. I recently had my new prescription filled at a private small pharmacy and got the Actavis: the green color is much darker. I agree with 100mgMarlboro in that I prefer the lower dose + if I need to I can take another tablet. It's a hassle sometimes cutting them in half! ~ Theresa
M 15 is described by the manufacturer as 'light green'.
Lighting plays a big part in photography.
Often my images of white tablets look kind of blue or grey, so I certainly understand a very pale white tab with green 'tinge' looking darker green.
Your tablet is definitely 15 mg oxycodone.
And thanks for bringing this question up since I learned something new today.
Apparently Mallinckrodt is now known as Covidien Pharmaceuticals per the website. So far same website and same pictures but new name.
Yes it is definitley an 15mg Oxy IR imo.

has any one else had these?
