Teenagers use this over the counter cold medicine to get high. They will take alot of it, about 8-16 tablets. A friend of mine's daughter had an overdose on it and had to go to the hospital. They call it "trippin". So, you should talk to you'r son about this.
Could anyone please tell me or give me any kind of idea, of what a skinny little white pill with the shape of an oval or football could be? The name on the pill is PLIVA616. Thanks,

You didn't describe the first pill so this is only a guess. It might be Coricidin 'D', a cold/flu combo containing Acetaminophen (325 mg/Pain reliever-fever reducer), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg/Antihistamine), Pseudoephedrine Sulfate (30 mg/Nasal decongestant).
I can't find an image of the pill, but here is a picture of the box showing the tabs on the bottom left:

Second pill is 7.5 mg Mobic (meloxicam), a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to treat arthritis and other painful conditions.
