thanks for looking.  my diabetic 17 year old with anxiety problems had these:

first pill says "corticidia D".  sounds ok but does anyone know exactly what this one is?

second pill is a pale yellow tablet 1/4" round with a "m" or "w" on one side and an image of a triangle over 4 vertical lines (outside 2 are smaller) over 2 horizontal lines (bottom one is smaller)

they might be from india, pakistan, or maybe south america.

help an old guy, please.

Or Maybe US Pills?

You didn't describe the first pill so this is only a guess.  It might be Coricidin 'D', a cold/flu combo containing Acetaminophen (325 mg/Pain reliever-fever reducer), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg/Antihistamine), Pseudoephedrine Sulfate (30 mg/Nasal decongestant).

I can't find an image of the pill, but here is a picture of the box showing the tabs on the bottom left:

Image and info from drugstore.com

Second pill is 7.5 mg Mobic (meloxicam), a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to treat arthritis and other painful conditions.

Mobic 7.5 mg

Teenagers use this over the

Teenagers use this over the counter cold medicine to get high. They will take alot of it, about 8-16 tablets. A friend of mine's daughter had an overdose on it and had to go to the hospital. They call it "trippin". So, you should talk to you'r son about this.
