I have a round tablet that is green on one side and yellow on the other. It has a A imprint on the yellow side and a 48 on the other with a line thru the middle of the 4 and 8. It also has a thin layer of white layered between the yellow and green. I have done MANY searches and can not find a thing. HELP!!
