Need identification for a white pill.   1 side has COT 138 imprint and the other side has a crosscut.  Thank you.

How about Cor 138 instead of Cot 138?

If the imprint is Cor 138, the pill is   (4 mg tizanidine).

Re:

Good ol' Zanaflex. In my opinion zanaflex is one of the better muscle relaxents. It pretty much compares strength wise to (carisoprodol) Soma. I 'd say it would be my second choice in the course of treatment for any muscle spasms. My first choice would be Soma, second would be Zanzflex, third choice would be (methocarbamol) Robaxin. I have never tried skelaxin So I cant gauge how good or bad it is. In my opinion the worst muscle relaxent out there is (cyclobenzaprine) Flexeril. It is lousy! I certainly would not reccomend it for any type of spasm.
