Are there any pill identification tools out there to identify foreign pills?
Specifically a relatively large ORANGE ROUND pill, scored on one side, and S L or 7 S depending on which way you read it.
Thnx Jennie
Thanks a lot. I searched this sight for almost an hour before I posted that trying to find a previous question about this pill, and couldnt find it. You're good. lol.
I would agree with that thread that this pill is a codeine/acet combo.
Here is a pic of the pill for any future pharmer searchers looking for info on the SL PINK pill (i said orange but i do see it as pink now)....

For Future Inquiries on this pill::
With the info from the thread i was referred to i figured this much out:
This pill is:
30 mg of Codeine Phosphate Sesquihydrate and 400 mg of Paracetamol, made by ScanLabs.

That's a really nice image, jenius. Thank you. And I'm sure flounder will be glad to see the image since he originally identified the SL imprint.
I see you used a hosting service for your picture. May we have your permission to display your image permanently in our Foreign Image Gallery for future reference?
Thank you!
Sure! Glad to be a help!
P/S- Thanks Flounder- I really appreciate your help!
my Alzheimers is kicking in, I read the post wrong and almost put out bad info by bringing up http://www.sidmak.com/ products.
yes, since this is this color and marked SL only and scored then it almost certainly is the Scanlabs codeine. Thanks for the info and nice pic!!!!
I was reading thru some threads and noticed a few threads saying that overseas "HYDRO" = Codeine, which I knew, BUT just a thought: Is the codeine in overseas "hydro" the same as the codeine in the US?
In other words, is this ScanLabs Codeine pill the exact same thing as a Tylenol 3 Codeine pill?
THNX- Jennie
the codeine in the Scanlabs tabs are indeed codeine, same as in tylenol 3.
