Pharmeroz is correct. V4212 is 750 mg methocarbamol.

I don't see anything in the original poster's question asking about or assuming the pill is Vicodin.
Many people do think if a tablet is white and oblong and marked with the the Qualitiest "V", it's Vicodin. But you are the only poster who mentioned Vicodin, so maybe something was edited out by the admin? Or else I'm missing your gist.

I believe this pill you are describing is 750 mg methocarbamol. It's a muscle relaxant. Made by Vintage Pharm. Thats the best info. i can come up with.
