This pill is white, oblong, not smooth, does have a ridge around the side
it has 600 on one side and C102 on the other

Oblong white tablet imprinted C 102 on one side and 600 on the other side is 600 mg ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug.

Photo looks pink, but the pill identification databases describe the pill as white.
