This pill is round, kind of beige colored and has the imprint G above 164. It is supposed to be 80mg oxycontin, but I looked it up on another site. Says it is oxycodone 80mg, but compares it to Roxicodone and oxyfast rather than oxycontin. Can someone help me out. Is this generic oxycontin or is this more like generic percocet?

Thanks

G164

G 164 is definitely generic OxyContin - controlled release 80 mg oxycodone.

That's the problem with using free resources (other than Pharmer.org of courseSmile). It's hard to write the same words for all the different pills (and pill combinations) that exist. Sometimes you have to group the categories together and write one monograph or whatever it's called.
