I've got a capsule - green and blue - that has absolutely no markings on it, anywhere. It's supposedly a 15 mg oxy-or-hydrocodone, but I can't verify it anywhere.
If anyone has any ID ideas, I'd appreciate any input.
Thank you!
The pic next to my user name is not all that great, but it's all I could do right now. I don't really expect it to shed any light on the question, but it might be of some help. Thanks for your previous response.

If the source you got the pill from compounds special medication for special purposes than it could be oxy or hydrocodone, but like GTR stated without an imprint we can't exactly identify the tablet or in your case the capsule. The comments expressed by me on this forum are opinions and should not be perceived as recommendations or advice. Medical professionals are at best your main resource for anything medical.
Your pill looks like it could be prozac-Ive seen prozac that looks like that-it is an anti-sepressant, but like GTR I highly doubt it is a pain med. To really be able to identify something (that gtr cant-if that ever happens!! :-) ) You need to call poison control, and theyre always willing to help.
I know I said it wasn't a pain med, but I do remember seeing a pic on here of a 15/200mg hydrocodone/apap combination that is prepared in compound pharmacies. I think that image may be back up in the next few days, if it is not on the site right now.

BtrFlySara-
Im not trying to sound condescending, but there are several problems with your post.

First, Prozac is an antidepressant, not anti-sepressant.
Next, there are many capsules mfg in the US that are blue/green. But they have imprints on them. So even if the pill was Prozac it would be required to carry an imprint by law. It could be anything.
Regarding the pain med Gtrplayer references;
I am having trouble finding the photo of the Hydrocodone/APAP compound made to order from a compound pharmacy. But this white capsule (on the left) with a greenish tint looks very similar. Honestly, about the only way to know if you do in fact have a compound is to pick it up from the pharmacy yourself, or to have it analyzed.
But the bottom line is, No imprint = No ID. That is all there is to it. Without an imprint, there is nothing anyone online can do to help you. Your only chance of IDing the pill would be to take it to a lab. Sorry
It is a black market pill and is truely what you thought
Hmmmmm........
Black market = the pill could truly be anything.
So, is incognito always like this-or just on a bad day? I spelled it wrong-excuse me for typing fast-and in case you didnt know-I found a website where the anti DEPRESSANT prozac looks just like this pill, and it isnt marked in anyway. So, there is really no need for your immaturity. I am a person becoming licensed to be a LADC, so trust me, I know about meds. Please take your crappy attitude somewhere else.
If you call up poison control they will give you the name of any drug, with any description available-so try that out.
posion control cannot i.d. a pill without an imprint. just like us, posion control i.d.s pills based on the imprint. without an imprint they cannot i.d. and neither can we. i thought that you would know that though since you are going to school to be a LADC?
i am sorry if you thought that incognito was being rude. he really was not. just stating the facts.
all thoughts and opinions expressed are those of my own and should not be mistaken for medical advice. i am not a doctor nor a pharmacist. all medical questions should be answered by a licensed pharmacist, doctor, or primary care manager.
thanks for the pic!

Very, very doubtful that it is hydrocodone or oxycodone. All pills in the US are required to carry a unique imprint that makes it discernible from other medications. If there is anyway you could post a pic, we might be able to help. Otherwise, all we can tell you is that you have a green and blue capsule.
