Hello, I need your help to identify two tablets

Hi,

First of all, thank you for your intention to help. I do appreciate it very much. 

I have two different tablets in my possession and they look like this;

Orange Round Tablet: Has a breaking line, a dot on the top of the line and 400 on bottom, nothing on the other side

White Round Tablet (Has imprint that says Cg): It has imprint that says Cg and the other side has a breaking line

Orange and White Together: Orange tablet says 400 on bottom of a breaking line with a dot on the top of the line (nothing on the other side). The white tablet has imprint; Cg, and a breaking line on the other side.
