Found a little yellow pill at work. The pill is round and has a big 4 on one side. On the other side is a big little 'e'. What is this pill?

if the letter E is the
if the letter e is the abbott logo it could be 4mg dilaudid. use the search function here and type in yellow e 4 and you will find a picture of dilaudid made by abbott.

I checked two different sources and can't find a round yellow tablet with a lower case "e" opposite a number 4.
There are two different tablets with a capital "E"
Dilaudid is tan and round with a script capital E
ans there is aa yellow oval tablet that is estrogen. There wasnt a picture.
