I need help knowing the name of this pill. I got it as a diet helper along with two other small pills the other two pills I do not have anymore and I remember them being a light greeen and a light blue one. They were brought from Mexico and the diet consisted of takeing one blue pill and a green one 30 min before food and one white one right after the meal. No breads or milk products were allowed plus drink at least 3 liters of water a day.
Please help me know what the name of all three pills were if not at least the small white round pill!
I believe that it is a cross that goes across the entire pill!
The Drug ID Bible has a "100" white tablet that fits your diet pill descriptions. It is caffeine 100mg, OTC from Bell Pharmaceuticals. I also don't know if this tablet has a double score. This is a possibility though.
The caffeine from Bell Pharmaceuticals is not scored.
There is a picture under the name 'Jet-Alert (100 mg caffeine)" in this list:

is it the letter "x", or is it a double score: a cross going the full length of the tablet?
