Yes, the tablet probably is OTC.
Princess asked the right question.
If it's not foreign and not in the US databases, it's probably OTC. And the facts that it's large (22-23 mm or so) and the "N" is quite unusual and it's not documented all point to OTC.
This is a guess but, if it's domestic, it's probably a supplement type thing like diet or energy or vitamin tablet.
If sometime in the future, you figure out what the tablet is, please let us know. It's so hard to identify all these OTC things that do have imprints. They are seldom documented and are not referenced.
