The title says it all. This was a large oblong pill, like as large as an ibuorofen 800, and the same size. It either said N 300 or 300 N on it. About the only thing I know for sure about this pill is that it isn't an 18mg hydromorphone, as was claimed. I'm just asking for curiosity sake. I was smart enough not to allow this pill to come into my possession.
Oh yea, and my best guess is that it was neurontin. Lets see if I was right.

OK, by oblong do you mean solid pill like a pressed pill or maybe do you mean a capsule - one of those gelatin things that can be separated into two halves?
Yellow coloured oblong can equal only a few things since you said "large." So please let me know if it's a gelatin type pill.
It's a solid pill.
And yea, I can't believe someone would try and call it an 18mg hydromorph. After all, hydromorphone has one of the best imprints, saying hydromorph and then xmg where x is 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, or 30mg. Somehow, a 3mg time release hydromorphone seems kind of useless, but oh well.
I tried looking it up... I found something near to what you described but it is a capsule and you said it wasn't a capsule. But I'll keep looking for yah

Tell me what the capsule is. Come to think of it, it might have actually been a cap. I rejected it pretty quickly, so I didn't get a good look.
Actually, the more I think about it, the more I think it may have been a capsule.
until we get a accurate imprint it will be hard to say.
i have checked both of those w/ no success although found several similar.
and yes you are correct that it was NOT a 18mg hydromorphone. someone had some nerve to claim that
