might be impossible

I have a white round pill, smaller than a dime. It has a rounded face on both sides. There are no markings.

Anyone have an Idea?

Sorry ranger1.  It's not possible to accurately identify a pill with no markings.

All US prescription, OTC and homeopathic drugs have imprints or some sort of identifiers.  Your pill could be an OTC vitamin or supplement.  Or it could be a foreign med.
