Fioricet
I have found it as has Kirby to be most similar to Fioricet with the exception of more acetaminophen.Commonly used as a migrane and headache tablet also. I highly doubt she is abusing it if that is what you think.

No it is most definitely NOT
No it is most definitely NOT a Vicodin, it is as everyone else said it was, a is 500 mg acetaminophen, 50 mg butalbital and 40 mg caffeine=Fiorocet.

White oblong tablet imprinted V 2357 is 500 mg acetaminophen, 50 mg butalbital and 40 mg caffeine - generic Esgic Plus. This med is used to treat migraine and tension headaches.
A name you might be more familiar with is Fioricet. This is basically the same product as Fioricet, but this combo contains more acetaminophen.
