Small white round split on one side on the other side is scored with 54 then 124 under the 54 thank in advance!!! I really appreciate it you all have helped me out quite a bit thanks!!

I really don't know my sister called me and asked me to look it up i have looked evey where and can't find anything either i am going to call her back and see thanks for your help though oh and she said that it may be dilaudid i don't know though i haven't seen it!!! Thank you!!

well, i just got off the
well, i just got off the phone w/ xanodyne as well as Roxanne (800-848-0120) and apparently that imprint (54 124) doesnt exist nor did it ever (at least in the U.S.).
that being said (not to mention the additional information that your sister gave about what it might be) i am fairly confident that it is the pill i posted (54 142) which is methadone. a narcotic pill used for pain management as well as opioid dependency.

i cant find anything for 54 124. i did find a small white round pill that is 54 142 could this be it?
