Need info. imprints= WEST - WARD 292

It's white, oblong, scored on one side

and the imprints on the other reads WEST-WARD 292. Don't know what it is, but would like to! Can anyone tell me hopefully in detail.

WEST-WARD 292 is

WEST-WARD 292 is Methocarbamol, a white tablet made by West-ward. (Active Ingredients: methocarbamol 750 mg)
