Hello all. This is a great site which has been helpful to me in the past. I need a pill identified. It's imprinted with 54879. It's a small round white pill that is scored on the opposite side.
On one site it states that your pill is Meperidine 50mg, however, I can not find a pic to confirm this
Here is some info about it;

Danielle, it might just be my computer but the picture that you posted is not showing up.
i have confirmed this pill through at least two different sites and i am confident that it is what i originally stated in the initial responce to the OP.
of course a picture will always help and is always good for future posters.

It showed up on my computer, then it didn't show up the next time I looked at it. I had this happen with an image I posted as well, but I can't remember which one.

MEPERIDINE (Demerol®) relieves moderate to severe pain. Meperidine may be used to control pain following surgery, child birth, and other procedures. Meperidine may also be used to treat pain associated with cancer, heart attacks, sickle cell disease and other medical conditions. Federal law prohibits the transfer of meperidine to any person other than the patient for whom it was prescribed. Do not share this medicine with anyone else. Generic meperidine tablets are available.
