Igot something inthe mail..not usre why or wha, small round white pills with a clored line on one side, no letter or numbers at all, small blue speckles...anyone know what they are, i though all meds were supposed to be marked.

Since it does not say what it is what should i do pitch it or return to sender it...wouldn't I get into some type of trouble if I had something not marked?
there was a paper that said appetite surpressent..nothing else..

the paper provides a clue! White pill blue speckles and listed as an appetite suppressant?
Then this is likely to be Phentermine 37.5 mg
all u.s. meds are required to provide unique imprints for identification purposes. if you have a med w/ an imprint it is most likely foreign, a vitamin, or an illicit substance.
