Dan 5442 is prednisone a corticosteroid used to help control allergic reactions. It has no recreational value to my knowledge.
MP 148 is Metoclopramide also known as reglan, it's used to treat various gastro problems. It's also a pre-surgery medication used to prevent vomiting. It has no recreational value that I'm aware of.

DAN 5884 i believe is Methylphenidate 20mg although I can't find an image. Methylphenidate (Ritalin) is used to treat ADHD. Because of it's similarities to methamphetamine, it does have a recreation value but many kids do need it to perform better in school.
