I never heard of oxy neo is 20mgs strong?
The first link did not work for me, but I am on a cell phone trying to view it.
If your pill says OC, and has a 20 on it, then I'd say it matches the oxycodone ER picture in your second link.
No it says no and 20 on the other side but I was able to fond out it was oxyneo 20mg ext release know anything about it? Made by Purdue pharmacy in canada
I do not know of it, personally. I have seen some oxyneo related posts on here over the years though.
Ya its new I guess
This is a Canadian name for the 'OP' formulation. In my experience, they are approx half the stated strength as compared with regular OC, and give awful gastric side effects. I personally would stick with original 'OC' pills, or 'ONR' IR OxyNorm capsules, which have little, if any side effects and are as potent as claimed.
The pill has on the one side of it 'ON', and the line is below the 'ON'. Clearly that is an abbreviation for OxyNEO. You can see all of this on your second link. http://www.opiateaddictionresource.com/media/images/oxycodone_er
Also, OxyNEO is made by Purdue Pharma which is the same company who came out with name brand Oxycontin to begin with, except OxyNEO is made by their Canadian division.

As to whether or not 20mg is strong, that all has to do with how high of a tolerance to opiates/opioids the individual taking it has built up.
Good job on the id.
A picture would help a lot in id'ing this tablet. You can look under the "analgesics" section of our pill photo database.
