Panadol 500

The consensus on these "panadol 500" tablets is that they are not Acetaminophen.  Can anyone with personal knowledge of this tablet tell us what's in them?

Not like its an official

Not like its an official voice on the subject, but I emailed a friend in the UK and he said he has never seen a grey Panadol. He as going to ask around with some older people and see if they remember them ever being around. Did you happen to call that number I gave you?
