Could someone help me with the mg's and any information on the recommended dosage, if possible. I have had them for a while and don't have the bottle anymore. They are an oval white pill with 451 on one side and MYLAN on the other. I am having some serious inflammatory problems and a quick response would be greatly appreciated. I took one but like I said I need the mg's so I know how many to take and how often.

Naproxen 500mg (Rx strength Aleve)
Naproxen - Mylan 451
We can't really give you dosing recommendations, as that can only be done by a doctor.
But we can tell you that taking one of these is almost the same as taking two over the counter Aleve (OTC Aleve is 220mg, so two would be 440mg. 60mg less than your pill).
