i have a blue oblonb pill that says watson 780 on it does anyone know what it is..thanks for the opinions.

From Drug.com, the pill you described is: Sucralfate covers the site of an ulcer in the stomach and protects it from acids, enzymes, and bile salts.  Kinda weird this pill came

 Kinda weird this pill came up. I ID'd this pill for a friend in the Detroit area that was trying to get them passed off to him as a "new Lorcet 10/650" made by watson. These pills have a somewhat similar shape and color, I think the Sucralates are a little bigger though.
