I've looked and looked but I can't figure out what these pills are! They are from Saja Pharmaceuticals (from Saudi Arabia). The pills are round, light pink/peach, with "SJ" above a score and "112" underneath the score on one side- totally blank on the other side. The meds are still in a blister pack, but the blister pack has been cut so only part of the info is legible. I can tell they're manufactured by SAJA, and the med name begins with an "R" and what's possibly the generic name listed underneath begins with a "Lox."
This seems like a lot of info to work with, but so far I've had no luck! I tried to find lists of Saudi medication names... didn't find any. Same with a list of meds produced by SAJA.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks kirby! I might post a pic of them and the packaging a little later...
Yup, the person who purchased these probably bought them in Saudi Arabia as he did spend time there. Long story, but the original purchaser has since passed away, and these meds were found in his belongings. They could be anything... at this point I'm just trying to soothe my own curiosity because this is the only med I've never been able to ID, foreign meds included!
This is interesting!
Thanks fuzzipoo for the opportunity to learn about meds made in Saudi.
I'm floored. I didn't know meds were made in Saudi Arabia. Learn something new every day!
Okay, you've given us a few hints re:
Wow, thanks. I think that is the most info we've ever received for a mystery med - and certainly the first from Saudi!
Thanks. We will definitely try to find this.
Google is our best friend, plus other sources. Often one foreign source will lead to another and then we find something else that matches.
We just found an obscure med from Pakistan so anything is possible!
Keep tuned.
