MS Tablet
Richtab2001, hi and welcome to Pharmer.org. And thank you for the very nice image. Now we just have to identify it!
I've checked every reference I have and can't find anything marked MS. Momentum (an OTC pain pill) is the closest I've found to the imprint, color and shape.
So we need more info:
- Is the pill a US pill?
- If not, what's the country of origin?

MS Imprint
Well, it took almost a year to solve this mystery imprint. 
And I'm sure the OP no longer cares. But for future reference:
White oblong tablet imprinted MS on both sides is Contac Cold + Flu. The tablet contains 5 mg phenylephrine and 500 mg acetaminophen.
