Consider it the same as oral amphetamine with a slower onset time and greater effective dose (requires higher mg dose for similar effect of amphetamine). It is a pro-drug that breaks down into amphetamine in the GI tract.

SO THIS IS A STIMULANT????
ok so this is a stimulant right??? Will i loose weight from it??? i hope it works for me and also lets me looose some weight.. i see it says weight loss and appetite decreases but i wanted to know for sure if it will.. no one i know has ever heard of it or even tried it so who knowS!?!?!

I have an argument with some freinds that this blue and white capsule is Morphine 50 and not this adhd medicine or Vyvanse so if you culd get a picture of the pill saying that or let me no if npr makes morphine i really need to know

New River Pharmaceuticals started out as Phoenix pharmaceuticals (well, before that there were other companies, too) to make use of technology being developed by an acquaintance of mine, Tom P. I encouraged them to explore other options rather than just the amphetamine angle. They only took this particular product to trials and patent stage then sold it to Shire. I think if there were any morphine products, they were just trials and NOT for use in the general public. Though the nrp mark is still in use, Shire makes it.
